Tamiya Mclaren - Battery Powered Model Kit

This listing is for a McLaren model kit manufactured by Tamiya in Japan in 1969.  The kit measures approximately 8.5" in length.  The kit has been completed.  There are a couple of spots with a bit of "extra" glue.  We have tried to show those spots in the pictures.  The model is battery powered.  One of the two battery covers is missing.  The battery compartments are clean.  We did not install batteries or test the motor.  Besides a bit of dust the model is in very good cosmetic condition.  Clean and ready to display, rebuild, whatever.  No funk, no gunk, no stink. We use recycled shipping materials whenever possible.  Clean boxes and packing material is better reused than sent to the landfill.
