Kit is Complete with all parts, instructions & decals - assembly has been started and some parts painted - steps 1 thru 4 complete (pinion gear, motor, suspension, tires and wheels), Red wire is detached from motor and piece of the switch part is broken off (see pic) Just needs someone to complete! outer box has light shelf/storage wear
