Star Trek The Next Generation – "Final Mission" Phaser Type I & II Resin Unfinished Model Kit
*please note: this sale is for an UNFINISHED model kit. The pictures of the painted phaser are just for reference of how this kit can look when painted. These kits are made to order and will ship 4 WEEKS after you place an order.This model kit has been 3D printed on a SLA liquid resin printer for amazingly detailed pieces! Comes with Magnets to make the hand phaser removable. Pieces have been printed solid to give the Phaser some weight. Comes with all the pieces needed to have a complete phaser. Easy to build. Minimum items required are glue, paint, and sandpaper. This version of the phaser was featured in the Next Generation episode titled "Final Mission" Comes with fabric for the phaser grip. Does NOT include mylar Chrome tape.
Like all model kits, some sanding and filling may need to be done to get a perfect fit. All pieces will benefit from a light sanding with a fine grit sandpaper. Two pieces have been printed with supports, the handle and the long top section. Those pieces will need some extra sanding to remove the support nubs. Please look at the photos to see the raw pieces. This kit has been designed to be static with no electronics. Model has been printed for sale with permission from the original modeler. Stands for it are in the works. This is a nice and easy kit to put together of a great prop, that displays beautifully!
