Then immerse fully in water for a minute or two. Once the decal is soaking wet, remove from water and peel from backing. Apply to moistened 1/6 scale head where the eyes should be. Using tweezers or your fingernail, you can adjust position. Once in place, handbrush on with small brush, satin or gloss clear varnish to set in place. Repeat for other eye and eyebrows.
