Rare Toy, Ufo Construction Kit

For sales is an U. F. O. Construction Kit of a Space Vehicle made by, I think, Grow On. It's a very rare toy, which I have not seen available find elsewhere. It has never been assembled, in fact, the box hasn't been opened. It was a Christmas gift intended for my daughter, but we never got around to put it together. I think this was purchased in the early 2000s but can't remember for sure. I can't tell the condition of its content without opening it, which I'm not willing to do for now. I'm not a toy collector, so it has been hard for me to put a price on it. But a collector may be able to better price it. If I'm selling below par, keep it to yourself.
