rare 3D 1/200 NASA Launch Complex 39 Saturn 1B Milkstool Rocket Stand 6

You are buying a plastic 3d printed 1/200 scale custom Launch Complex 39, Mobile Launch Platform, Saturn 1B rocket, Milkstool model kit.  The 6 piece model measures approx 8" tall and 6" wide when assembled.  The 4 piece support base is sliced in quarters for easy assembly as is the 2 piece rocket support platform.  It is designed to support the 1/200 Saturn 1 B from the Man in space rocket collection.  This offer is for the MILKSTOOL ONLY... rocket is not included.  Although I can print one if requested for an additional fee.  Shown is the assembled test print model and the model you will receive, unassembled direct from the printer.  Buyer will have to remove supports, sand, paint and detail as you wish.  A great addition to your model collection.
After the final  Saturn V launched with the Skylab space station aboard, NASA turned to the smaller Saturn 1B rocket to launch astronauts into orbit.  The Saturn 1B was too short to reach the access arm and connection points  on the tower so they built a "Milkstool" to raise the Saturn 1B and use the existing infrastructure.  Four manned Saturn 1B rockets launched from this configuration, three crews flew to the Skylab Space Station and one crew for the Apollo Soyuz Test Project.

All 8" x 10" photos are packaged in a 9" x 12" envelope, inside a plastic sleeve with 2 cardboard inserts to prevent damage. The envelope is marked front and back in black sharpie"Photo - Do Not Bend". Any additional requests in shipping such as the use of boxes will increase shipping costs.
