Paper Air Force P-47d Thunderbolt Flying Desk Model Kit

Introducing the Paper Air Force "Cruiser" line of Flying Desk Models, a highly detailed desk – sized model that is built with a real flying air frame with working control surfaces and capable of flight.   Included is a real working propeller, (also built from cardstock!) that can be attached to a rubber band and will cruise the model across the floor under power. Free spinning, the prop will turn when “walked” around the room – a favorite mode of play for kids big and small. Very sturdy due to its lightweight modular construction, it can take more than a few falls and tumbles without serious damage, and is easily repaired when necessary. A very special desk model! A great value, this kit also comes with our very sturdy display stand kit, also built from cardstock. A 12 inch wingspan 1/41 scale P-47D Thunderbolt, razorback style.   Please note that rubber band, prop hook, and wheels are not included.  Templates are included for wheels that can be made from packaging foam. Everything else except spray paint, glue, and a dab of paste, is included in the kit. Pieces are cut out with scissors from light card and paper.  All pieces needed to complete the basic airframe are included in the kit.  Kit consists of light card pieces and paper,  figure (picture) book instructions, written instructions, peel -n- stick decals (5 separate trims all included), and decal reference sheet.  White glue and spray paint will be needed to complete the model as pictured. The airframe is plenty strong, can take some punishment, and is easily repairable.  Please note that the Paper Air Force Model Aircraft Display Stand is included in this kit! Great for an introduction to the world of modeling.  Makes a beautiful desk model, glider, floor cruiser,  or with free spinning prop which will turn with the slightest wind and control surfaces that can be set in place! This kit includes the Paper Air Force Electric Standard Super Symmetrical Paddle Blade propeller with replaceable blade system - a real working propeller with an endless supply of replacement blades that can be printed from your own printer.
