The Oshkosh MTVR or Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement is a purpose-designed military truck. The MTVR entered production in 2005. This vehicle is in service with the US Navy and Marine Corps. This heavy utility truck can carry a payload of seven tons or up to fifteen tons driving on smoother surfaces, while simultaneously being able to tow an eleven ton load. The prime mover for the M777 Howitzer ( see Trident kit 87167 ), troops, fuel, water and a wide variety of other equipment. Assembly required. This item is unassembled and unpainted plastic model. 1/87 (HO) Scale. This model is for collectors and model makers from 14 years and older. It is not a toy.
