I don't know the scale? It is 10" tall. It comes with instructions. Nice Old Kit.  Kit# 1-1913-202.  Dated 1977-78.  Bag is not sealed. Check out picture.  There is NO more Parcel Post.  The Post office did awa y with it as of 1/31/13.
