M1280 JLTV, GP (General Purpose) Vehicle. Kniga Models 1400. Resin 1/87 Scale Kit. The Oshkosh L-ATV (Light Combat Tactical All-Terrain Vehicle) is a light utility/combat multi-role vehicle that won the US Military's Army-led Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) program. Overall requirements have fluctuated, but as of January 2022 were stated to be: Army – 49,099 (this figure has remained relatively constant); Marine Corps – 12,500 (approx.); Air Force – 2000 (dependent on funding); Navy (approx. 400). This item is an unassembled and unpainted Resin kit . Instructions included. Paint, glue, and decals are not included but can be purchased separately. The factory photos may show it as a fully assembled and painted model. Some photos  may not be of actual models. Photos may show them in real life use.   These models are comparable to the 1/87 scale Roco / Herpa Minitanks . They are the same size/scale. This model is for collectors and model makers from 14 years and older. It is not a toy.
