Unavailable since 2015. Reissue of an old mold from Revell Skunkworks but Includes new 2019 era decals for Texas New York Italy Spain. One of four Texas tail flashes.
Dash-1 block 30 3 bladed propeller and slick wings with no UHF antennas on the side.
The model is made to have the gear down and will require some cutting to model the gear inside the wheel wells to appear in flight.
Most of it goes together smoothly except two marking pins in the wings and the gear well fuselage, best to slice off the pins and dry fit the wings slowly with liquid glue. Be sure to dry fit the weapons pylons prior to gluing these parts. The Hellfire mounts are flush to the weapons pylons, in real life they are canted down a few degrees more, some superglue or styrene can fill the gap if you're looking to make it perfect. I would leave the nose AOA probe off until the last possible step before painting, it WILL get broken.
The Decals will require trimming BEFORE getting them wet. The Blue tail San Jacinto and Texas lighting bolt decals are .1mm too long to fit on the tails. Slice a hair of the short edge off with a blade while dry on the decal sheet.
Included, will be pictures not in the kit, to place the decals correctly and paint to the correct scheme of 2019-20.
