Having evolved from the A-6 Intruder, the Prowler can operate from both land bases as well as aircraft carriers for the US Navy, Marines and Air Force. The primary mission of the EA-6B is to protect strike aircraft and ground troops from enemy attack. It achieves this by using electromagnetic energy to disrupt enemy radar signals. The Prowler can be armed with AGM-88 high speed anti-radiation missiles and Surface to Air missiles to destroy or suppress the ability of the enemy to spot troops and aircraft. Kit consists of 233 parts. Features include optional folding wings, detailed ICAP III cockpit & opening canopy.
