Yes I am the author and creator of Fenway Park Build It Yourself. Chosen as one of (80) eighty build it yourself paper models in Washington D.C's National Building Museum's Around the World in 80 Paper Models Exhibition in 2017. My copies are signed. My copies are not brand new because it is out of print. These copies have slightly damaged and faded covers and are considered to be seconds in the book industry. None of my copies would prevent you from building this circa 1993 model version of Fenway Park contained inside the book. Look closely at the two completed model photographs. One of the few that I built myself. It is very detailed and architecturally accurate. The finished model is about 20" x 30" x 9" high to the top of the light towers. You may be able to find copies in better condition but not without my signature. Some of you may like that and I realize to some it may not be important. That's Okay. I have a perfect 100% Pricetronic feedback rating of 600. Thanks for your interest. As a side note the Green Monster is labeled to be 315 ft from Home Plate. That has been changed to reflect the more accurate distance of 310 ft. I like to think I had something to do about that because I raised the question when I was designing the model from actual Fenway Park Blueprints. At the time the Boston Red Sox marketing department deftly answered my question by saying that it adds to the mystical aspects of Fenway Park.
