This exciting to look at "work-of art" was masterfully created & signed on the lower right side by well known aviation artist August "Sonny" Schug, and depicts not one, but two U.S. NAVY F-14 JOLLY ROGER SQUADRON TOMCATS in hot pursuit of the enemy target. This fabulous painting has never been professionally framed, and still has the artist attached original blue paper mat over it in order to give added protection.

Due to the immense popularity of the F-14 TOMCAT, TESTORS offered back in 1999 not one, but two model kits that used the exact same box art illustration which was quite unusual. The all plastic F-14 JOLLY ROGER TOMCAT deluxe model kit 1/48 scale No. 471 is included in this eBay "Buy It Now" auction. The other F-14 TOMCAT model kit 1:100 scale No.5601 which consists of a combination metal body, as well as plastic components is not included in this eBay "Buy It Now" auction, but may be available through other eBay and/or Internet sellers.
Included with this original model box art is a matching "mint" condition "factory-sealed" deluxe 1/48 scale No.471 TESTORS F-14 JOLLY ROGER TOMCAT plastic model kit. This model kit includes all of the finishing supplies to properly assemble this airplane.
