One of the Original seals is a bit "Crinkled looking" It was this way when I bought it. It is still sealed and not cut even though on the photo it does look like it could have been cut open it was not. It is still factory sealed as far as I can tell.
I have never opened the package, looked inside, or attempted to remove its original contents from the package.
