This is a plastic model kit of a Mini Cooper S by Airfix. All parts are still on their sprues, but the box is long gone and the most important part has been damaged. The body appears to have been crushed, shifting the roof over far enough to snap the driver's side A-pillar and bend every other pillar. The rear bumper valence is also cracked. As I see it, there are three ways to assemble this: fix the roof (possible with heat?), leave everything as-is and build a rolled-over crash-damaged car, or cut the roof off entirely and make it some kind of roadster. The kit appears to be otherwise complete and features a nicely detailed (right-hand-drive, it's British) interior and clear plastic parts. The assembly instructions are included, but they seem to reference a few decals which are missing.
