Its not very often you some across an Artist who knows the way the female body should be portrayed and I am happy to say that Greg S knows his female anatomy. This is not the first post of his work but he realizes every woman has different proportions and what fits into the art he is doing.With that introduction I bring to you the latest Fan art, Commander Horatia, A very Sexy 1/7 scale resin Model kit.
As you can see from the pictures,her face has an Anime look to it , The uniform and the body have great detail to it... I look at the base!!
A nice Compass to fit the theme of the model..It will be nice to do that compass in Metallic colors.
Any fan of original art and Female Model kits will enjoy having her in their collection.
All the key parts fit very well together(i used tac to hold her that is why it does not look tight)
The Model was printed using a 4K machine and priority resin to bring out the details.
With a little putty ,you can be primed and ready to paint in no time. Disclaimer : This is a 3D resin print. It will have like all materials in making models slight imperfections. These imperfections does not mar the model in anyway and with the knowledge of modeling can be worked out of the kit. A big percentage of the models are hollowed out, that are what the drain holes are for and some pieces can be solid also. The drain holes can be puttied in and sanded to match. The models are printed no less than 2mm walls so they are thick All models go thru a post-production process with sanding and using fillers for any defect that can be found, sometimes they can get over looked. I try to put in your hands a model that is ready to prime and paint. Color of resin and filament may vary Anytime you want a tighter fit, the resin part can be heated up with hot water or a hair dryer and it will make it easier to take a better shape. Just don’t overdo it.
