This is a Remote Control Motorized kit. The model tank is controlled by a blue hand held, joystick-controller. By adopting a connector socket and plug, the lead wire can be attached and detached easily. 2-speed forward/backward motion and 2-speed left/right turning are possible. Includes detailed pictorial assembly instructions (** Instructions are in Japanese **), waterslide decals, remote controller box, metal parts, wires, screws, springs, and gear box. I have included the two RE-260 motors in this kit . **Even though the instructions are in Japanese, I was (you are) able to use the Google Translate app from my phone to translate into english... please see the last three photos as reference** Some features include- D ual-motor drive all metal gear box with brass drive-shaft; realistic sprocket drive; working metal sprung suspension; all motorizing hardware; special wiring plugs, wire, motor pinion gears; i ndividual thread-link caterpillar tracks; rotating turret and elevating cannon (manual operation, not controlled by remote); rotating machine gun turret and elevating machine gun (manual operation, not controlled by remote); flexible tubing and wiring; working hatches and rear doors.

New item, box has been opened. All plastic sprues inside are still factory sealed and unassembled. The two turret pieces have been separated from their original sprues. Some parts have separated from their sprues but are still intact and in their bags. I've inspected each bag and see no broken or missing pieces. Decal sheet is still fully intact. Considering how old it is, this box is in fairly good condition, it has some shelf wear as seen in photos.
