Decent assembly overall. Not a glue bomb. Some paint but not too much. So a good candidate for completion and re-paint. Built with glow parts. Needs a cleaning as it is quite dusty. Missing the cape cord, the rat tail and the mask. But the good news is his fingers are intact. so a bit of work and he should clean up and complete nice enough. A good option.
