Body and other parts are a bit rough. Discolored/stained. Has a significant spot (see picture 5 & 15). Needs to be cleaned up a bit. Bodu, undercarriage/frame, seats only. Screw bottom. We are not sure of Brand. PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES FOR REFERENCE!
