1/700 Wood Deck for USS Alabama BB-60 (TRP 5762) Artwox #20029 Factory

I need to clear some space on my shelves, so I need to part with some of my collection. THIS IS MY LAST ONE! This is a laser cut precision wood deck to go with Trumpeter’s excellent 1/700 kit of the USS Alabama BB-60 (TRP #5762), which I may still may have listed. I have said that in my opinion, the single most impressive upgrade for any of these small scale ships is a classic wooden deck. The Alabama had wood decks on multiple levels (including in the launches) and Artwox has nailed each one. This upgrade kit has just two parts: the multi-part blue stained wood deck and a fine anchor chain. It comes in a long (21”) plastic sleeve, which is heat-fused shut. The wood deck is less than 10”, so folding the sleeve and mailing this in a standard document envelope will work great. The Artwox site has over ten high resolution photos showing the deck by itself and applied to a kit, including the tiny launches. They also give us the following list of features (I have left in the clumsy translation, for your amusement): *Pre-washed on wooden deck. *Anti moisture oil stein coating on wooden deck. *Advanced all new adhesive. *The adhesives of separate way is not a necessity *Ultra thickness(0.21mm) *Super detailed side border line and structure side line. *Small chain included. *Blue deck painted Scalemates.com has a listing that shows this was a new release in 2011. They say that it is designed for the Trumpeter #5762 and Pit Road #W128 Alabama kits (which are really the same tooling). There are also links to aftermarket parts and resources to help build any South Dakota class battleship. The set is in clear plastic sleeve about 21.5” x 3.5”. As you can see from the pictures, the package is pristine and still sealed. As usual, I have resisted the temptation to open it (not hard since you can see everything through the plastic), so it is still factory sealed and absolutely gift-ready. This item contains one laser cut wooden deck and a scale anchor chain. It requires no cement or paint to complete as shown. I use eBay Managed Payments, but I no longer ship internationally. For the Builders, there are probably better (at least cheaper) ways to add to your project lists than buying from me, but you know you are getting top quality. For Collectors, my goal is to save you a few bucks over the competition for the same item in factory sealed and collectible (or resellable) condition.
